Mars Construction is Hiring – Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant
Company: Mars Construction, Avadi, Chennai.
Location: Near Poonamallee Outer Ring Road (ORR), Nazarathpet, Chennai.
Open Positions1. Quality Incharge
Responsibilities:
- Ensure concrete quality as per IS standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct testing of raw materials and fresh/hardened concrete.
- Maintain quality records and test reports.
- Monitor mix designs and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in an RMC plant.
- Good knowledge of concrete technology and laboratory testing.
2. Production Incharge
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily concrete production.
- Coordinate with dispatch and project sites.
- Ensure timely production and optimum plant utilization.
- Manage manpower and production schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in RMC production.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
3. Plant Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate the batching plant safely and efficiently.
- Prepare concrete batches as per approved mix designs.
- Monitor plant performance and report any issues.
- Maintain production records and ensure routine housekeeping.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience operating an RMC batching plant.
- Familiarity with computerized batching systems is preferred.
