Job Responsibilities:
- Follow ups with vendor for the Pending order status & maintaining inward register
- Updating received quantity in pre order fulfilled sheet on daily basis
- Weekly followup mail for all the stamp vendors
- Coordinating with Ext Agents, Sales, clients and internal departments
- Record keeping and follow ups for the pending tasks with all related departments
- Periodical report submission with TL and departments
- Inventory management
- Proficiency in excel and PPT
- Reconciliation of records and accounts
- Coordinate with respective POD and updating pending order status, Pre-order rejection status
- updating state-by-state Stamp paper availability for the sales team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 0-1 year of experience in client handling and related experience.
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and Accountability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
