About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tower Command Center Executive to support our Tower Operations team. The role involves monitoring vehicle fueling activities, coordinating with field staff over calls, verifying transaction data on internal portals, and maintaining operational records. Candidates with telecom, BPO, or operations support experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily fueling operations through the Tower Command Center.
- Coordinate with field fillers/drivers over phone calls to verify fueling activities.
- Verify fuel filling transactions against the iMAP portal and internal systems.
- Ensure the quantity and transaction amount recorded in the system matches the actual fuel filling.
- Identify discrepancies between actual fueling and system records and escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain and update operational MIS reports in Excel.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
- Generate daily reports highlighting operational gaps and exceptions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Work in rotational shifts to support command center operations between 8* :00 AM - 10:00 PM*.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Comfortable making and receiving operational calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- IF Formula
- COUNT/COUNTIF
- Basic filtering and sorting
- Basic computer and laptop proficiency.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecom, BPO, Customer Support, Operations, MIS, or Command Center roles.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Telecom industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in operations monitoring or backend support.
- Familiarity with operational dashboards or monitoring portals will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with field teams and resolve issues efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
