We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team for our Gurugram and Jaipur locations.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Construction and Engineering recruitment along with expertise in handling bulk hiring requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Mandatory experience in Construction and Engineering hiring.
Proven experience in Bulk Recruitment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
