Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically inclined sales professional to drive business development and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales of industrial machinery, plastic processing equipment, injection moulding machines, moulds & dies, automation solutions, or related manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify, qualify, and develop prospective customers across manufacturing industries.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Travel to customer locations for meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
- Participate in trade exhibitions and industry events when required.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups and support order execution.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Injection Moulding Machines
- Plastic Processing Machinery
- Industrial Machinery
- Capital Equipment
- Moulds & Dies
- Automation Equipment
- Manufacturing Equipment Sales
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand industrial processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Candidates from machinery, plastics, manufacturing, automation, or engineering sales backgrounds will be preferred.
