Anantha IAS Academy is a leading coaching institute dedicated to preparing aspirants for Civil Services and other competitive examinations. We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive student enrollments through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the academy's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, blogs, and promotional creatives.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop marketing materials.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Generate quality leads and support admission campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative ideas.
- Manage online reputation and respond to inquiries received through digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with relevant certifications and internship experience may also apply).
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
