Position: Production Manager
Qualification: BE / Diploma
Experience: 10+ Years
- Planning daily and monthly production targets
- Supervising PCB manufacturing operations
- Managing operators, supervisors, and shop-floor manpower
- Monitoring machine utilization and reducing downtime
- Coordinating with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams
- Ensuring safety, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and process discipline
- Solving production issues using RCA / Why-Why analysis
- Improving productivity and reducing rejection/wastage
- Meeting delivery schedules and customer requirements
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
