Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with clients, fixing appointments, and supporting the sales/business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/projects.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and follow up on leads regularly.
- Fix appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records and customer database.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
- Guide and support junior telecallers when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1years of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and team-handling capability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate/hotel/sales industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
