We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Officers to join our sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our general insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about insurance products (Shop Insurance, Home Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, GMC, Fire Insurance, etc.)
- Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
- Follow up with prospective clients for closures.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for better conversions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer calling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
