About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in US Staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with various job portals, and a solid understanding of the US recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.

Source and identify candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
*
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
*
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
*
Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
*
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong relationships.
*
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
*
Maintain candidate records and update ATS/CRM systems.
*
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
*
Ensure timely closures and achieve individual and team hiring targets.
Required Skills
✔ 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
✔ Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models
✔ Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
✔ Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing techniques
✔ Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work in US shift timings and a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
