Food Preparation & Production
- Prepare ingredients required for Indian and Tandoor dishes as per recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of kebabs, tikkas, naan, roti, kulcha, and other tandoor items.
- Support the preparation of curries, gravies, marinades, and accompaniments.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Follow portion control and minimize food wastage.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Tandoor and Indian section.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in receiving and storing food items according to company procedures.
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Teamwork
- Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and special events.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and participate in training activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
