Role Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and responsible Social Media & Content Executive to lead our digital presence through compelling content and consistent brand storytelling. This role requires hands-on content creation, ownership of social media channels, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual and written content.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create, plan, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories)
- Own and manage all social media platforms end-to-end
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Shoot and edit photos/videos for social media (in-house content production)
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and copy tailored to each platform
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
- Stay updated with trends and create timely, relevant content
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally
- Track performance and optimize content based on insights and analytics
- Collaborate with designers, influencers, and marketing teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
