Job Overview
Take On BNB is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide excellent support to our guests and property hosts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to handle calls, chats, and emails professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the operations and host support teams.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Gmail, Internet).
- Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers are welcome; prior customer support or BPO experience is a plus.
