Key Responsibilities:
1. Preventive Maintenance
2. Breakdown Maintenance & Troubleshooting
3. Mould Handling & Changeover
4. Electrical & Control Systems
5. Safety, Quality & Compliance
Technical Skills:
▸ Hands-on experience with hydraulic and all-electric injection moulding machines (50T–650T range)
▸ Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics, pneumatic circuits, and electrical wiring diagrams
▸ Proficiency in reading and interpreting machine manuals and OEM documentation
▸ Working knowledge of PLC-based control systems and HMI operation
▸ Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (vernier caliper, dial gauge, torque wrench)
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
