Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities and company events.
- Maintain positive employee-employer relationships.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
4. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Collect and verify payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors or finance teams.
- Assist in benefits administration and employee insurance programs.
5. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals and performance reviews.
- Assist managers with performance-related documentation.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Identify employee development needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
