- Counsel students regarding training programs, internships, and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their qualifications and career goals.
- Generate admissions for Advanced Training Programs, Online Courses, and Internship Programs.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Identify and develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions.
- Conduct regular college visits for institutional outreach and relationship building.
- Meet Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, and faculty members to discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and career guidance sessions.
- Present program details, placement support, and internship opportunities to students and faculty.
- Generate leads through college tie-ups, events, workshops, and referral networks.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and MoUs to establish and maintain academic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and student engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs and workshops.
- Maintain records of student inquiries, admissions, college visits, and partnership activities.
- Collect feedback from students and institutions to improve program effectiveness.
- Represent the organization at educational events, placement drives, and exhibitions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly admission, lead generation, and institutional partnership targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance student enrollment and academic outreach initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,310.23 - ₹33,378.81 per month
