Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Engineer with experience in logistics planning, material management, and supply chain coordination for large-scale EPC and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely material delivery, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities for project materials and equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and site teams.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of project materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock reconciliation.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Prepare logistics documentation including Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, MRNs, Gate Passes, Transport Documents, and Invoices.
- Maintain logistics MIS reports and shipment tracking records.
- Update ERP/SAP with logistics and material movement details.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Site, Warehouse, and Vendor teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project timelines.

Educational Qualification
