Should have relevant F&B industry experience of 3 to 5 years
Have worked with similar food brand having multiple outlets in various regions
Ownership and responsibility is must
Should have good communication and convincing as well as negotiations skills to talk and pitch the policies and procedures of the company and the brand with franchise investors and business partners
analysis of P&L of all outlets with franchisees and discuss the way forward
guide them on various areas of improvements and keep a relation with them on behalf of the company
A link between the company and the franchisees in terms of implementation of various activities like change in Menus, pricing, various terms of contract, implement the strategy of the company
Disciplined reporting structure, periodical review system
Implement outlet performance management system in different outlets and monitor them
provide adequate training and development
review online portals status of all outlets and guide them how to improve the ratings
Liasion with all online portals to float offers and promotions
liasion with social media agency for various plans of designing and advertising
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
