Job Description:
Santinni Boutique is looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries over the phone, providing information about our services and collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of communication for our clients and play a key role in enhancing their overall experience with Santinni.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding boutique services, collections, and customization options.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate details.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, orders, and inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the boutique team by promoting new collections, events, and offers over the phone.
- Achieve set call targets and contribute to customer engagement goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Graduate.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Pleasant phone etiquette and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
