Account Manager – Hospitality Industry
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor finance/accounting teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and audit requirements.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in financial planning and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
