Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth functioning
- Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and visual merchandising
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the store
2. Sales & Customer Handling
- Assist customers in selecting designs, fabrics, and styles
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage stock levels of fabrics, accessories, and finished garments
- Coordinate with designers and tailors for stock requirements
- Conduct regular inventory audits and minimize wastage
4. Team Coordination
- Supervise sales staff, tailors, and support team
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Train staff on customer service and product knowledge
5. Order & Production Coordination
- Track customer orders from booking to delivery
- Coordinate with designers and production team for timely completion
- Ensure quality checks before final delivery
6. Billing & Documentation
- Handle billing, invoicing, and daily sales reports
- Maintain customer records and order details
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting to management
7. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with fabric vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement
8. Marketing & Promotions
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and social media sales
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business
