1. Role Objective
The Sales & Operations Officer (SOO) supports sales and operations by managing customer communications, confirming and processing B2C and B2B orders through the ERP system, generating Sales orders, and coordinating order execution. This role acts as a key link between customers, sales, and operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely order fulfilment, supporting both current operations and future growth.
2. Role Scope
The SOO is responsible for:
- Accurate order confirmation and ERP processing for B2C and B2B orders
- Managing customer communications across all approved channels
- Generating Sales Order and ensuring accuracy for operational initiation
- Coordinating order execution with operations and warehouse teams
- Tracking dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-up
- Maintaining complete documentation and MIS reports
- Supporting team development and operational efficiency
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by management
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Current Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to provide product availability, pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer communication through WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins, and approved channels.
- Confirm B2C and B2B orders accurately.
- Enter all confirmed orders into the ERP system, including product category, quantity, specifications, customer, and delivery details.
- Approve Credit sales/ Cash sales orders.
- Verify bill and share to the customer
- Coordinate order execution with the Operations Manager and warehouse/logistics teams.
- Track order progress, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Assist in payment follow-ups and reminders through approved channels.
- Maintain accurate ERP records and submit regular operational reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
