Job Summary
EIG Overseas is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Documentation Executive to manage student documentation and application processing for overseas education. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, organizing, and processing student documents while ensuring applications are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and organize academic, personal, financial, and other required student documents.
- Handle documentation for university and college applications.
- Assist with admission and visa documentation procedures.
- Review documents carefully to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
- Follow up with students for pending or additional documents.
- Prepare and submit applications through university and relevant online portals.
- Track the progress of applications and maintain regular status updates.
- Coordinate with students, counsellors, universities, and internal processing teams.
- Maintain properly organized digital and physical student files.
- Update student application details and documentation status in company records/CRM.
- Ensure all applications and supporting documents are submitted within deadlines.
- Assist students with SOPs, CVs, application forms, and other supporting documentation when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of student information and documents.
- Stay updated regarding admission requirements, documentation procedures, and visa regulations for different study destinations.
- Provide regular reports regarding pending documents, submitted applications, offer letters, and application status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in study abroad documentation/application processing preferred.
- Basic knowledge of international university admissions and visa documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student files and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, email, and online application portals.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with students and internal teams.
- Responsible, organized, and professional approach towards work.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in an overseas education or study abroad consultancy.
- Knowledge of documentation and application processes for countries such as Germany, Ireland, UK, Europe, and other major study destinations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
