Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to manage production and assembly operations in an automotive manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, customer coordination, and ensuring timely execution of production schedules while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities as per customer requirements and dispatch schedules
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure smooth assembly line operations
- Handle manpower planning, allocation, and shop floor supervision
- Coordinate with customers regarding production status, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment
- Track production efficiency, rejection, rework, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain production MIS reports, daily production records, and performance data
- Ensure proper line balancing, shift planning, and optimum utilization of resources
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance departments to avoid production delays
- Resolve production-related issues and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, production processes, and safety requirements

Candidate Requirements
- BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in Automotive or Engineering Manufacturing
- Experience in production planning and assembly operations
- Strong customer coordination and delivery follow-up experience
- Experience in handling shop floor manpower and production teams
- Working knowledge of SAP, Tally ERP, and Automotive ERP software
- Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
