- Prepare and bake all types of breads, including artisan, sourdough, multigrain, whole wheat, baguettes, buns, rolls, and specialty breads.
- Prepare and produce a variety of savory bakery items such as puffs, croissants, quiches, sandwiches, patties, and other baked snacks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all bakery products.
- Manage dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing processes.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the bakery.
- Monitor inventory of bakery ingredients and assist in stock control.
- Develop new bread and savory recipes as per business requirements..
