2. Incoming Material Quality Control
- Approve suppliers based on quality performance.
- Inspect incoming materials such as:
- Tinplate
- Tin-free steel (TFS)
- Aluminum sheets
- Coatings, lacquers, and varnishes
- Printing inks
- Solvents and chemicals
- Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Manage supplier quality issues and corrective actions.

Ensure calibration of all laboratory equipment.

7. Non-Conformance Management
- Identify defective products.
- Segregate non-conforming material.

8. Root Cause Analysis
Lead investigations using quality tools such as:
- 5 Why Analysis
- Fishbone (Cause-and-Effect) Diagram

9. Continuous Improvement
- Reduce defects and waste.
- Improve process capability.

- Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

10. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including:
