Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and share basic information about the company’s services/products.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team when required.
- Maintain call records and update lead status in the system.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in calling, tele-sales, or customer handling is preferred.
- Any industry experience is acceptable.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain client relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
