Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build relationships.
- Understand client needs and present Fedena’s solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos for prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
