We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join Vahro. The ideal candidate will create a great in-store experience, drive sales, build customer relationships, and represent the brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience
Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Manage product display and maintain VM standards
Handle billing and support store operations
Maintain stock availability and merchandise organization
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
Stay updated on collections, promotions, and product knowledge
Support store opening and closing activities
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first approach with good selling skills
Presentable and confident personality
Comfortable working on weekends and retail shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
