HP’s People Organization is seeking an experienced Executive Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. The Executive Sourcing Specialist partners with Executive Recruiters and senior business leaders to identify , engage, and build pipelines of senior talent (Director+) . This role drives proactive market intelligence, competitive mapping, and targeted sourcing strategies to support critical leadership hiring and long-term succession planning.
