We are looking for an experienced and passionate Wedding Sales Manager to lead our wedding sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, the ability to convert leads into bookings, and experience in managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the wedding sales team.
- Follow up and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Monitor CRM updates and sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (Wedding/Event industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team management experience.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
