Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to support our sales and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, market research, and assisting in converting prospects into customers. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sales, marketing, and IT services. Similar BDE internship roles typically focus on lead generation, client communication, proposal support, and business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads for web development, Shopify, WordPress, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and social media.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Maintain and update CRM records and lead databases.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Support the business development team in achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings. These responsibilities align with common BDE internship expectations in the industry.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech, or related degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, MS Office, and online research tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or IT services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
