Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in delivering projects on Qualtrics platform along with client facing engagements.
Supervise the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and expectations for projects.
Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide guidance as needed.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and new research techniques to continuously improve processes.
Manage the client relationship, ensuring effective communication and understanding of research findings.
Assess and optimize team workload to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Monitor team productivity and adjust assignments to maintain a balanced workload.
Track team utilization to identify underutilized resources and improve efficiency
Support on pre-sales activity from operational side and plan any POC/demo if required
