Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of retail store fit-out and construction projects.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct site visits, track project progress, and resolve on-site issues.
Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company guidelines.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Retail Fit-Out, Construction, or Interior Projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and vendor management.
Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
