Handle customer queries received via email.
Ensure responses are sent within 24 hours.
Maintain service quality and accuracy in communication.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of FAS Tag products and processes.
Proficient in typing and MS Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile.
