Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide customers regarding certificate attestation, apostille, visa documentation, and related services, and convert enquiries into successful clients. �
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain attestation, apostille, and document legalization services.
Follow up with enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Convert leads into customers by providing accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
Coordinate with the operations team for document collection and status updates.
Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
