Role Summary
The Assistant Team Lead (ATL) will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Delivery Centre (DC), ensuring smooth execution of inbound and outbound activities, manpower management, productivity, service quality, and adherence to operational processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Monitor daily DC operations, including shipment processing, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Ensure timely vehicle arrivals, route allocation, and dispatch execution.
- Track delivery performance and take corrective actions to meet operational KPIs.
- Support the Team Lead in achieving productivity and service-level targets.
Team Management
- Supervise delivery associates and ground staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational priorities.
- Monitor attendance, roster planning, and manpower deployment.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
Performance Monitoring
- Track key metrics such as dispatch adherence, delivery success rate, productivity, and customer experience.
- Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain discipline and operational compliance within the DC.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with regional operations teams, vendors, and support functions.
- Escalate operational challenges and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain effective communication with field teams and management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach to operations management.
- Experience in handling delivery centre operations is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: As per company standards and experience.
- Additional benefits as per company policy.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
