We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive (Voice Process). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate can apply (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, etc.).
- B.Tech and candidates with a Technical background are not eligible.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work from the office.
