Business Executive for Government (Tenders & GEM Portal)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Government tenders through GeM and E-Procurement portals.
- Update product catalogs, specifications, and pricing on the GeM portal.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
- Handle Bunch Bids, Reverse Auctions, Custom Bids, and Normal Bids.
- Coordinate with government departments, OEMs, partners, and internal teams.
- Respond to GeM customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Maintain MIS reports, project updates, and tender-related documentation.
- Issue authorizations, product approvals, and other necessary documents to partners.
- Monitor tender opportunities, bid status, and contract execution activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in GeM and Government Tendering.
- Good knowledge of online and offline tender filing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Email communication, and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and deadline management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales, marketing, and business development.
- Familiarity with Government procurement processes and vendor registration will be an added advantage.
