JOB PURPOSE : The Client Support Representative is responsible for delivering timely, professional, and effective support to clients from the backend office for institute / college. The role ensures customer inquiries are resolved quickly, issues are escalated appropriately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
REQUIREMENTS : Advanced Excel Skills, Experienced with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chandigarh
