Position: Warehouse Incharge

Role Summary
The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, handling, inventory management, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. The role requires close coordination with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper unloading, verification, documentation of finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and handling practices to prevent material damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse-related documentation, including GRNs, stock registers, dispatch records, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, operational procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Requirements
- Plus Two, Diploma, Graduate Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, or plant operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing operational priorities.
Preferred
- Candidates based in or around Angamaly.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Distribution industries.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
