Wellphy Rehabilitation Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Asst. General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellence in patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall center operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Lead and supervise administrative, clinical support, and operational teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve business and operational goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives and support growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare management reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation or hospitality sectors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
