Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction and interior execution. You will coordinate with designers, consultants, and clients while ensuring smooth project delivery within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project schedules
- Review drawings & specifications and provide practical feedback
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential site challenges
- Coordinate with estimators to support project budgeting
- Supervise site execution and ensure quality standards
- Collaborate closely with consultants and stakeholders
- Ensure safety and compliance at site
- Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in interior site supervision
- Qualification: Diploma (minimum)
- Age: 25 – 40 years
