Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar is looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up tables and service areas as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper clearing and resetting of tables.
- Attend to guest requests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Follow all F&B service standards, SOPs, and hotel policies.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B Service in a hotel or resort is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for hospitality are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
