I. Role Progression & Responsibilities
A. Assistant (Entry-Level)
Salary Range: $10,000 - $12,500
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service: Greeting, taking orders, handling transactions.
Ice cream preparation: Scooping, topping, basic mix-ins.
Store maintenance: Cleaning, stocking, organizing.
Learning product knowledge: Understanding flavors, ingredients, and allergens.
Assisting senior staff with daily tasks.
Growth Path: Develop foundational skills in customer interaction, product handling, and store operations.
B. Senior Assistant (Intermediate)
Salary Range: $12,000 - $14,500
Key Responsibilities (in addition to Assistant duties):
Training new assistants.
Handling more complex customer inquiries or minor issues.
Basic inventory management: Monitoring stock levels, informing managers of shortages.
Operating and cleaning specialized ice cream equipment (e.g., soft-serve machines, blenders for milkshakes).
Assisting with opening/closing procedures.
Contributing to experimental flavor id
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
