Position Overview
As part of our team, you will be responsible for project planning, design development, technical documentation, client coordination, site execution, and vendor management for residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute residential architectural and interior design projects.
Develop space planning, layout designs, and detailed working drawings.
Create 2D/3D interior design concepts, including bathroom designs.
Prepare and review CAD drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate Civil, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Structural, and other technical drawings.
Conduct site walkthroughs, supervise execution, and ensure quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software is a plus)
Experience in residential architecture and interior projects
Strong knowledge of space planning, working drawings, and construction processes
Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
