Role:
Ensure maximum uptime and cost-effective maintenance of company vehicles (tippers, trucks, pickups).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Monitor vehicle downtime, mileage, and fuel efficiency
- Manage garage operations, mechanics, and drivers coordination
- Control spare parts inventory and service schedules
- Ensure fitness, insurance, PUC, and compliance
- Handle external garages, vendors, and service contracts
- Maintain vehicle-wise cost and performance reports
KPIs
- Vehicle uptime: >90%
- Fuel efficiency improvement
- Reduction in breakdowns
- Maintenance cost per vehicle
Requirements
- Diploma/BE Mechanical/Automobile (preferred)
- 4–8 years in transport / fleet vehicle maintenance
- Strong knowledge of diesel vehicles, servicing, and fleet tracking
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
