Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and compassionate Fundraising Executives to generate donations and build long-term relationships with individual donors, corporate organizations, and community partners. The role involves donor engagement, telecalling, CSR outreach, follow-ups, and supporting various fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential individual donors and introduce the foundation's mission and activities.
- Reach out to corporate organizations for CSR partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and supporters.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with corporate representatives and prospective donors.
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email communication.
- Follow up with existing donors to encourage continued support.
- Maintain accurate donor information and communication records.
- Assist in organizing and supporting fundraising campaigns and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with the fundraising team to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking with people.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
