Job Description:
- Strategically working mainly with Enterprise Accounts for pitching the right IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Responsible for acquiring and developing new business through team.
- Responsible for achieving gross margin and team sales target.
- Conduct research to identify potential new markets, competitors’ activity and customer needs.
- Managing product portfolio, pitching right product after analyzing customer requirement. Sending proposal.
- Build long-term relationships, enhancing revenue and new orders from existing customers.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Assist team members to intensify sales via training on sales methods.
- Focus on building, mentoring and managing a highly productive team which achieves annual growth.
- Monitoring team performance through regular performance evaluation.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of 4+ years in IT Infrastructure sales/ Enterprise Network Product sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with convincing skill.
- Good Team management skills.
- Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
- Knowledge of the competitive industry environment and spot business opportunities.
- Proven Sales Track Record with team handling experience.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
