Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Pass the Salt, Kala Ghoda
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm first impression
- Handle waitlists and optimize table allocation
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth guest flow
- Respond to guest queries and help resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain reservation records and guest preferences
Experience: 1–3 years in restaurants, hospitality, or guest relations
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + service charge (based on experience)
